I own an older Canon - PowerShot SX130IS.
I am trying to download photos to my computer (which I last did on April 12) and am getting the message "communications error". I tried a different computer - same message. I called Canon but they were no help at all (they wouldn't even talk to me because the camera is older than 10 years).
I just want to get the photos off of the camera. Can anyone help?
