I cannot download my pictures from the sx710 hs. I've established an access point however a device cannot be found. Also tried using a usb and that failed too on Windows 7 due to no driver. When looking for a driver, canon states there is none. How do I get my pictures of this camera. I'm very frustrated. Thanks
I got a little farther the connected device is my computer however it's 'connecting' then it fails.
I added the camera to the norton's trusted list. I can see the camera in control panels view network computer and devices. But from the camera, it says connected device:my computer ....connecting. Then it times out as failed.
