Please I need a help. I inserted another battery in my new Canon powershot SX500IS yet it is no more displaying again. 

Secondary please can someone help me with the image of the Canon powershot SX500IS battery terminal?

The camera uses the Canon NB-6L battery. We can't guarantee how well the camera will work with batteries we don't make.
