Help,
My lens is stuck out and will not turn on as it keeps telling me there is a lens error, it will shut down automatically. Then it says to restart. I start the camera again and the same thing happens.
I have taken out the batteries for a few minutes and the lens does not retreat.
Please tell me how to restart.
