We have 2 cameras - sx730 and sx60. No issue connecting the newest one (sx730) to web services, email, google drive, etc. However, hubby previously downloaded Canon Connect to his camera (sx60) so he could use his phone to take pictures. When I tried to connect to web services, the camera will only send to his phone ... when there is no memory card in the phone. If I take the memory card out, then I can access the other services. What good is the web services if you can't have a memory card in the camera? Do we need to remove access to his cell phone and reinstall Canon Connect after the other services are installed?

Follow up ... after a couple hours of frustration, we discovered it was a multi-step process to finally get to the web services ... several push this, then push that. I'm glad it's his camera and not mine .... much easier without the "remote" picture taking activated. Sorry to have bothered the community.
