Is there any way to upload photos from Canon PowerShot SX710 HS to Mac OS 10.7.5?

We do not want to capture the photos on our phones because it overwelms the memory.  We do not want to upgrade to a newer operating system because of system errors we have encountered in the past after doing that.

I don't know anything about MAC's but if you can buy a memory card reader for them that should easily solve your problem. Do a google or Ebay search for price ranges.
