I have powershot a4000is.  I want to set camera so that the flash is continuously ON.  Even when sunny or backlit on a beach, I want the flash ON in order to eliminate shadows on faces.

Hi Carolet44,

All you will need to do is press the <RIGHT> button, then use the <LEFT> or <RIGHT> buttons to select the [Flash On] setting.
