I have a power shot A 20  I have windows 7 home premium  the computer does not recognize the camera I can not down load pics from the camera to the computer

Do you maybe have the software loaded twice (like had another Canon previously) ? I have two and if I try to click on the wrong one, it doesn't recognize me/the camera 😞    If that isn't it, try reloading the software.

I am sorry, but there are no drivers available for Windows 7 to work with the PowerShot A20.  This camera is a much older model and no longer in service.  In order to download the images from your camera, you will need to use a card reader.
