How to use the Powershot G3X as a Webcam?

Hi there,

I hoipe this message receives you well!

I'm trying to stream the video of my Cannon G3X to my laptop (Windows), however I can't figure out how. Since there is a HDMI slot in the camera, there must be some way, to transfer the live video...

However, 'EOS Webcam Utility' seems to not support this camera.

Do you have any ideas?

This function is not supported on your camera.

As you have already discovered, this model is not supported by the Webcam utility.  Only the G5X mkII and above currently.
