I have the Powershot Elph 360 HS A. This piece around the lens is very loose and keeps coming in and out even when off. How do I fix this?

Greetings ,

"How do I fix this"?  You don't.  Your camera should be sent to Canon for inspection and repair. If purchased new from an authorized dealer, it has a 1-year warranty.

Start by registering your camera and your my Canon account and selecting service and repair.  The camera was released in September of 2025 so it's not a year old yet.

No. Unfortunately I sent it in for a repair and they let me know it would cost around $300 to fix.

Dang it! Thank you, this is what I was wondering. How much it would cost to fix. Thanks for responding!
