I recently got pics (but not videos - that'll be another post) off my camera onto image.com so that then I could download to my computer. The problem is that I needed to re-download a few since I got rid of them off of image.com and then changed my mind. The problem is that when I connect it via wi-fi, all it will say is that there are no "unsent" images. How do I access it so that I can do it a second time.
I have to say, I'm quite unimpressed with the amount of work it has taken just to get the photos off my camera using their wi-fi only system. They should've given the option to have a USB cord inserted.

Get images off your camera's SD card by transferring them to your computer, not to image.com. Use a USB cable or an SD card reader. That's how you see if there are photos on the card.

I'm not talking about duplicate downloads. I already had used the wi-fi to get the photos off my camera and loaded in the cloud by using image.canon. The problem is that after I transferred the photos from the cloud to my computer hard drive and got rid of them off the cloud (but not my camera and its SD Card), I decided I wanted to re-load one from the camera to the cloud but when I connect the camera to the cloud service via wi-fi (no way to use a USB cord), I get the message that there are no photos that haven't been sent already (the photos are all still on my camera) and no way to bypass that by changing some import settings either on the camera or on the website.

Thanks. I took the camera over to the camera shop where I bought it and the person there basically said now that these camera companies have moved away from including a USB cable and port to purely using a wi-fi/cloud service, the companies have not invested much into the technology for that and that everyone seems to have these problems. SO, she suggested what you did....a card reader. I decided I was done playing around wasting time trying to figure this out and bought one.
Thanks for the response.
