Difference between canon power shot sx740 hs and canon power shot sx740 hs lite

Hi everyone, would anyone happen to know what the difference is between the Canon Powershot sx740 hs and Canon PowerShot sx740 hs lite?

According to posts on DP Review the Lite does not allow USB charging. Related to EU requirement that devices must have USB-C ports for charging.
