Not unless your manual says so. Most can't. What does your battery list as it's voltage? Most USB ports supply 5 volts at 1/2 amp max. If you have a battery that needs to be charged to 7 volts or more it's not going to happen by pushing 5 V into it.

Thanks for posting.

Your camera's battery cannot be charged via its USB terminal.  You must use the included Battery Charger CB-2LF to charge the battery.
