Okay I have a question, I was looking into the SD card slot in my camera and I seen the little rods that connect to the SD memory card to see why it wasn't letting my SD card work and found that out would a phone repair place be able to repair it? Or best buy?

Best Buy would although I would ask them if they repair it or send it out. If they are going to send it out for repair you might as well contact Canon directly and have them repair it, it will save time and most likely some money too.
