Hello! I bought this camera last year and have taken pictures and videos on it for the whole year with no issues. As of recently every-time I take a video it turns into this horrible colored bar and distorted picture and I can’t find reason as to why. this only happens when taking videos, the photo function works perfectly. please help i’m desperate to fix this.
