Canon 15: Is it possible to preset Schutter speed and aperture at the same time. So that only the ISO level will change depending on the circumstances.    For example: preset the speed is a 1/1000 and F8... the ISO can fluctuate between 80 up to....

If your camera support auto iso in manual mode you can set your camera to manual mode, then set your aperture and shutter. Check your manual.
