hello everybody,

http://www.192168101.com/192-168-l-1.html

I want through two of these cameras and on both of them the HDMI port is very touchy when using it for live streaming. The screen keeps going black. Anyone else having this issue? 19216811.dev

Hi, MitchellRidley!

So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which Canon camera model you're using.  To date, Canon USA has not marketed a camera called the "H7X."  That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!

If this is a time-sensitive matter, click HERE search our knowledge base or find additional support options HERE.

Thanks and have a great day!

Which camera do you have again?

Why did you have to go "through too of these cameras"?  Did the cameras fail, or was it the HDMI port connection?

If these were used cameras:

[This one's fine!]

If the link is excised, google "lens rentals blog why side mount ports break"

Hello, I'm having same issue, when I connect my camera via hdmi, it's only displaying on my laptop but shut my camera display off

I have Powershot SX70 HS

This is not the same issue. I believe it was his *monitor* going black. Since there is only one set of video hardware, it is normal for the LCD to blank when using HDMI.

Yes I know, but that's the issue I'm having on my camera, is there anything I can do to have display in hdmi and also on my camera lcd at the same time? Thanks
