MF750 Series: Unable to get it to work with my computer

with AI technology, why is it that PRINTERS are the Bain of an IT Pros Existance?

I'm really hoping someone from Canon software reads this. I switched to Canon from being an avid HP printer guy, due to their asinine business model of strict ink security to their printers- don't hold me hostage. So I bought a shiny new MF750cdw. I've spent hours with my IT people trying to get it to work with Windows 15 and have, so far, been unsuccessful in getting it to work with my Mac. I've downloaded software, messed with IPs, still doesn't work. Why in this day and age is this an issue? Any you think we can colonize Mars? First things first people, LET US PRINT.

Windows 15?  What's that? The MF750 series is supported for Windows 8, 10 and 11. What exactly is the problem you're having?

The MF750 series spec sheet says OS X 10.12 and above, BUT....many are reporting issues with the latest Mac OS version.

This is a European-market printer line, so you need to contact Canon Support in Europe. Canon USA, who this forum is associated with, won't help ypu.

So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which Canon printer model you're using within the MF750 series.  The full model name should appear on the front of the unit at the lower right. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!
