I can not print from my mf4880 wirelessly from my laptop.  The printer works well with a USB cord connected to the laptop. Could there be some small piece of information that is missing from the manuals. I have followed the directions in the manuals.

1.  Is there any specific error message you receive when you attempt to install the printer wirelessly?

2.  Are there any error messages when you attempt to print?

3.  Have you ever been able to print successfully over the wireless connection?

4.  What is the IP address of the printer?

 

To locate the IP address, please  press [Status Monitor/Cancel] > [Network Information] > [OK] > [IPv4] > [OK] > [IP Address] > [OK].
