I upgraded to Windows 10 , I can't get the canon mf8350 scanner to connect to the computer. I have downloaded the new drivers.
Does anyone know what may be causing this scanner connect problem. The printer works fine.

Please take a look at our new Service Notice on the availability of a patch to address an issue that prevents certain imageCLASS models from scanning as a result of updating to Windows 8, 8.1 or 10.
