when making copies or prints from the output area a chain in-print come out

So that the Community can help you better, we will need to know exactly what Canon printer you're using, any error messages you might be seeing, and the Computer Operating System you're using (Windows XP/Vista/7/8 or Mac 10.x), as well as the way you connect to your device (USB or networked via WiFi or Ethernet).

The printer we are using is the Image Class MFb160dw , it is a wired ethernet cable to the computer it is hooked up to runs windows 8.1 . When a page is printed a streak that resembles a chain comes out and I can actually FEEL it in the paper.
