Does anyone know why I only get Blue ink print documents on my MX920 no matter the settings?

Hi ebozniak,
The blue ink only printing may be caused by some of the inkjet nozzles not printing correctly. We can print a nozzle check pattern from the printer to determine if all of the inkjet nozzles are dispensing the ink correctly. To do this, please follow the steps located here.
If the nozzle check pattern did not print correctly, we recommend performing at least one cleaning and two deep cleanings on the printer to see if this will resolve the issue. If the inks still do not print correctly after performing the cleanings, the printer may require servicing. We ask that you please call 1-866-261-9362, Monday - Friday 10:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. ET (excluding holidays) to obtain your servicing options. There is no charge for this call.
