I was trying to switch the paper feed from the multipurpose tray (default) to the paper cassette. The paper feed settings switch under Menu --> Preferences did NOT allow me to switch the paper feed setting. The printer continues to print from paper in the multipurpose tray. I even tried removing paper from the multipurpose tray and the printer did NOTprint from the paper cassette. It just gave me the error message "no paper, add paper to tray."
any idea on how to fix this issue? thanks in advance.
