mf264dw error E015-0001 after putting new cartridge in errors wont go away

Good morning,

 

Anyone can help me fix this issue? I have recently purchased a refurbished toner cartridge of Canon printer MF264dw, and when I put in the new cartridge in this error pop up. I have tried to reset it and it still won't go away. 

on phone with Canon support, but there is about an hour's wait time. 

 

Any suggestions?

please assist.

For the E015-0001 error on the imageCLASS MF264dw, you will need to call in for support and, if necessary, arrange service for the printer.  If the printer is still within the warranty coverage period, make sure to have your warranty information handy for this call.  If you are within the US, you may call us at 1-800-OK-CANON (652-2666), Monday - Friday 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. ET (excluding holidays).
