ir 3245 can not PRINT PCL printer kit AA1 purchased and error the feature required for installation

  my  ir 3245 Canon  error in  screen : The feature required for installation is not present  .I  purchased  PCL printer Kit AA1

and  can not PRINT by IP  or  by  USB  port 

   Is it  possible that the machine needs a adicional Hardware  Board?  If so  what is this needed Board
