imagerunner 3320i black vertical lines in copies

Please advise what to do when an imagerunner 3320i prints dirty copies containing vertical lines. I have used the clean roller setting on the machine a lot. I've opened the machine and cleaned the rollers that I can reach with rubbing alcohol. I replaced the drum and toner. Thank you.
