I know this is supposed to be covered by the Canon local support guys, but they've been no help.
Our PC's can see the printer on the network, but the macs no longer can. We are all running 10.11.4 or 10.11.5.
It looks like the Canon print server goes offline randomly, for seemingly no reason at all. Has anyone else seen this issue, or found a fix?

Thanks for posting in the Canon Forums!

Our dealer has been back and forth 100 times, they've been of no help. Has anyone else had trouble with the printer intermittently going on and off?
