My offices imagePROGRAF iPF760 will not print. So far I have checked the network connection, the screen tells me it is connected but it does not show on my network. I tried replacing the Ethernet cable and using a different Ethernet port but could still not get the printer to work.I also tried using a USB connection to print and that did not work.
I am thinking that it is the network card that is no longer working in the printer, but I cannot find the replacement part online.
Does anyone have any ideas on what might be wrong with the printer? Or how to find a replacement network card?

If you have tried different cables or ports on your router and the printer is not listed among the devices in your routers admin interface, the issue may be related to the printer.
