I have an imageClass MF273dw Multifunction, Wireless, Duplex Laser Printer that had a paper jam that I cleared. I have checked multiple times for another jam, but am finding no evidence of paper jams, yet the printer keeps giving me the paper jam error message and flashing the error light. I have also turned it off and back on and unplugged it an plugged it back in. It's still reading a paper jam.
I have lifted the control panel, which is where the initial jam was. I cleared it.
I have lifted the lid to the ink cartridge. No paper there.
I have lifted the top copier lid. No paper there.
I have taken the paper out, straightened it, and put it back in and checked to see if a piece of paper was stuck in uptake. No paper there.
Am I missing a place to look?
Is there another way to override this error message if there is actually no paper stuck anywhere?

Found it! The jam was in the paper exit guide.
