My Image Class MF751Cdw is connected wirelessly to my MacBook (Sequoia 15.7.3) and has worked well for the past year. Today I updated the Canon firmware and now when I try to scan to the computer, I get the message to connect to the computer. The computer shows that it IS connected. But the scanner isn't recognizing it. I am able to print from my computer to the printer without a problem. Please help.

Thanks, Rick. I’ve accepted this as a solution because that was one piece of it. Good starting point though.

Thank you. I know the solution involved you bringing in another individual. We only provided guidance. Glad to hear you are working again.
