Hello. I just bought a Canon Image Class MF751Cdw. The printer works with my new HP desktop, but I cannot scan. I've downloaded all of the drivers, but no luck. I watched "How To" videos, but no luck. I tried to register my new ALL In One, but the form will not accept the serial number. Should I return this unit? I've worked on this for hours.
