We purchased a company and they had a Canon Imageclass MF7480 copier/printer/scanner/fax machine. I have brought it to my office and trying to set up the scan function. I can't find a scan driver and I don't have the admin credentials. No one seems to know what they were. Can they be factory reset? My computer is a MAC.

Thanks for letting us know what Canon product you've got. The imageCLASS MF7480 is an older model which we have retired. While that means that Canon USA no longer offers direct support for it, your friends here in the Canon Community are welcome to offer suggestions!
