imageCLASS MF743Cdw Won't Print

I have a Canon Image Class MF 743cdw. Do not have a bottom add on drawer. I can't get it to print. At one time when i fed i upper drawer it worked. I am not going and picking correct paper. I A4 8 1/2 x 11 same thing. And want to use bottom small drawer it came with. Need step[ by step have a new Lenove Windows 11
