The scanner on my Color ImageClass MF731Cdw does not work, even though I downloaded the driver and the printer works fine. I am using a Mac with Sequoia 15.6.1
When I go to the Canon MF Toolbox on my Mac, it says "No available scanner found".
If this is no longer supported, then why does the printer work fine with the downloaded driver, but the scanner doesn't? What are my options if there is no way to get this driver to work with the scanner?

I too am having the same issue; however, my scanner won't even connect. I have removed and reinstalled the printer, but the scanner will not connect. OS 15.6.1 (24G90)
