Good morning. Every time I print I get a prompt saying "load paper". As soon as I touch the tray icon on the display the print proceeds. Is there a way to avoid this? I am just using standard paper printing standard documents.

I have this same problem with the same model printer. Why is there no answer to this annoying problem!!!!

If you get a message on the printer and you have to confirm the paper/cassette setting or press print on the display to start the printing, it usually means the incorrect printer driver is being used. You can try reinstalling the current version of the Windows driver from our site using the link HERE. It will be at the top of the list and will have Recommended written above it.
If reinstalling the drivers did not resolve the issue, you can also check the paper settings for the tray you have the paper loaded into. Make sure it matches the paper size and type that you are selecting in the print window on the computer.
