If the message is coming up after sending a fax, it will usually mean that printing a tx report has been suspended. This can happen if the incorrect paper size is loaded or if the printer is low on toner. You can try replacing any empty/low toner cartridges and checking the paper size to make sure it is set to letter or A4.
