Recently we have been having the issue when printing where text is missing off of the page. It appears smudged in certain areas. If I print it again, sometimes it will do it again and sometimes it will come out clearly. It happens if I print in black and white and also when I print in color. I have tried cleaning and all of the maintenance options. What could this be? I've replaced the ink cartridges too.
