I have a MF641 CW and my printer has been working perfectly fine until this week. It just started printing little color dots all over my paper. It doesn’t matter if I just print in black and white it color. The ink dots are blue, pink and yellow. I have tried doing the cleanings listed in the manual and nothing is helping.
Are the installed toner cartridges genuine Canon or third party? If the cartridges are removed, is there a build-up underneath them or on the tray itself? Have the cartridges been recently replaced?
