I have an MF634CDW model and have also been having this issue since updating the MF Scan utility. Very frustrating, as I expressly purchased this printer for this functionality.

Does the unit give some sort of an error message when trying to double-sided scan? Have any troubleshooting steps been tried to resolve the issue? 🤔
