imageCLASS MF628Cw Prints Only Yellow

I have a Canon Color ImageClass Mf628Cw.  I recent changed the ink cartridge.  Now it is only printing yellow. I took call of the cartridges out and placed them back in.  It is still printing yellow. Just replace the magenta cartridge.  After that, it started printing yellow only.  What can I do to stop this?

Your MF628Cw has 4 toner cartridges.  It will accept 131 or 131h toners.

Please open the toner drawer and ensure the toners are installed in the correct slots.  black, cyan, magenta and yellow.  The slots are color coded.

Is the toner you replaced a Canon OEM toner or 3rd party?

The toner is a Canon.  I ordered from Staples.  The same store I have been getting the toner from since I purchased the printer about 6 years ago.  Thank you
