When attempting to scan from my MF624CW to my Windows 10 computer I get an error the computer or the utility cannot communicate with the scanner. I can print fine, and can scan to a USB thumb drive from the scanner, but for some reason the scanner fails to communicate to my computer. I am connected via wifi. Does the scanner require a hard line connection to work?

Greetings ,
The printer supports wired, wireless and USB connectivity. You do not need a USB connection for scanning. Scanning is supported using any of the connection methods above.
What operating system are you using the printer with? (version and build)?
Please visit the site below and tell us which drivers you installed? (Please be specific)

If you are receiving an error message, what is it?
