If the printer is unable to move past the loading screen, it will mean there is something wrong with the hardware or the printer is not getting enough power. You can try unplugging the printer from the power and then pressing the power button 10 times while the printer is unplugged. After that, you can plug the printer into a different power source, and you can try turning it on.
If you continue to have issues, it looks like the printer needs service. You can check for available service options or contact support by logging into your MyCanon account.
