I'm not really getting any comments on the forum. Can anyone tell me what might possibly be the serial #? I've tried everything in this picture so I can register the printer and speak to someone at Canon. I guess I can go back to generic toner, but it was leaving spots. Now authentic canon toner does something else, and this printer is only a few months old.

Does anybody know which one of these is the serial number? I'm having quality issues with my printer, and I can't identify what it is. I need to figure out what that serial number is to start a conversation with Canon. The toner isn't printing evenly, and I'm using all official genuine Canon toner.

The model number of the printer would be nice to know, and also the computer and OS. Did you go to the printer's internal web site? Did you try the NTDA number? More information tends to garner more useful responses.

Ironic. I'm often accused of being to verbose. How do I go to the internal website? In looking at that picture, here is what I tried for a serial ##
I would love to go the printer's internal website.

How is the printer connected?

Wirelessly

Assuming that by wirelessly you mean WiFi, then you should be able to determine the printer's IP address and long into the printer's internal web interface. The serial number will be in there.

Yes, I'm not using a cable of any sort to connect. Maybe I'm dating myself. We used to consider that "wireless" as opposed to "wired" when you attached a cable (e.g. parallel cable, USB, etc, etc)
Than you for the tip. I'll try that.

Thank you for all your patience and help. It's still smudging, especially with magenta, so I don't know if I just need to go back to HP. I did though really appreciate you taking time out to respond. Take care.

Greetings,
The site where you register is MyCanon.
https://myprofile.americas.canon.com/us/signin
The 10 digits that's starts with NTDA looks like the serial number.
Did you buy this printer from an authorized Canon dealer?
In case you purchased it at Amazon, did it say ships from and sold by Amazon, or was it a marketplace seller?
The device's serial number will be available in the printer's web server as @mreg mentioned.
