imageCLASS LBP6030w not printing

Canon imageCLASS LBP6030w -

is not printing. I've updated the drivers, there's no paper jam, it's plugged in (I don't use wireless), my computer says this device is working properly. I haven't been able to get it to print since I reinstalled Windows 11.

Any ideas? Thanks!

No specific error message. It just says there's an error with a job in the queue. I can't understand what reinstalling Windows 11 could have done.

The problem likely occurred because you left it connected when you reinstalled your OS.

Start by disconnecting it from your system.

Next, remove the printer from your system under settings, printers and scanners.   Then visit the control panel, programs and features and uninstall its software.

Restart your system.

Rerun the installation utility.  Do not connect the printer until prompted to do so during the install.

This should get you printing again.
