I do not have internet and I'm not able to afford getting it. I have the above printer and would like to print using the on the go cable and hooking it into my android phone. However no matter how I try and print it it will not recognize the printer. What else should I try?

The LBP162dw will not be able to work with a cell phone through a USB cable. To use the printer without a network, you can turn on the printer's direct network connection using the steps in the link HERE. You can connect the phone to the wireless connection for the printer and you can use our Canon print business app.
