Our Canon MP 280 printer (just out of warrenty - only 6 1/3 months old) stopped printing, first color, then black and white. It goes through all the motions but does not print. No error message is given. I have run the head cleaning and deep head cleaning all to no avail. The ink cartridges are genuine Canon and are nearly full. I see others on the internet have had this same problem, but I could not find a solution. Can anyone here help? Thanks. Bob

Hi calchuchu,
Please try leaving the PIXMA MP280 unplugged for at least 24 hours, and then run through one more deep cleaning. If the printer does not print at that point, it may require service. Please drop us a line through our Contact Us link so we can determine your options!

How do I deep clean? I've cleaned the ink cartridges. What else can I do.
