canon mf244dw pdf scan problem

Sir,

I have install 244dw printer via usb to windows xp sp3 system. Its working ok but only problem is when I scan document

in pdf mode. Its scan and after finish, its giving error message enclosed below. Kindly solve the issue as soon as

possible. photo scan working ok only problem with document pdf scan. I reinstall the sw but problem still there.
