blacks not printing as true black

I have a color laser prionter MF743Cdw, i'm working on cards (print via PDF), and in the cards i have an embeded image.

The image has a black background. When i print the card, the image has grey instead of black.

How can i get better black color when i print in color?

Most of the time its due to a bad head. Change the head and it will be back to new.
