MP Navigator EX does not work when I try to scan

Hello gwj.

 

Please download and install the updated drivers and MP Navigator from our website.  Visit the following link for these items:

Once there, choose your version of Mac OSX in the 'Select OS' menus.  Then download the Mini Master Setup and MP Navigator from the listings.
