I'm sorry to hear about the E2 error code. Note, if E2 or E002 has been displayed, it indicates an internal processing component requires attention. However, you can try resetting your copier as described below if you haven't done so already. This can sometimes offer a simply solution:
Note: Disconnect your unit from the current power source for 10-30 minutes.
1. Plug your copier into a different known working power outlet direct to the wall.
Note: Do not connect power cord to a surge, power or extension strip/cord.
2. Determine if the copier reaches the stand-by mode to make a test copy.
If the error remains, or you are experiencing a different error code, please contact us for further assistance. There are also options available for your consideration.
